The camera and the mic each follow this browser's own permission: grey until allowed, with an Allow that asks for that device only, and a Reload line once blocked. Nothing asks the browser before a press. Each arrow opens that device's list. The background switch (initialFeedType) stays off in the app until the preview can show it (#7721).
